Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email and any exceptions will be announced as soon as possible to avoid confusion. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As of 02.13.2023, shipping times vary from 7 to 32 business days due to carrier slowdowns and supplier back orders, unfortunately, this is outside of dumplingnut.com's control, but we will do everything within our ability to expedite the process if possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $0.00 (free) flat-rate shipping to the continental United States of America. Please Note: Hawaii and Alaska are excluded until further notice.
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery at this point in time. Thank you for your patience.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time, dumplingnut.com operates solely online and we are making efforts to provide in-store pickup availability in the near future.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to any locations outside of the continental United States of America, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we hope to offer this at a later date.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will notify you the shipping process has begun. Tracking information is available upon request and is not automatically added at this time, we look forward to incorporating that feature in the near future.
If you haven’t received your order within 32 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at greg@dumplingnut.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately, we do our best to respond within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We highly encourage using your residential address when ordering from dumplingnut.com. Although P.O. Boxes are not restricted, we acknowledge residential addresses as an optimal shipping experience.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at greg@dumplingnut.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
